What subscription plans does P2P Price offer?
There are three plans:
- Basic ($39 per month or $390 per year): the live dashboard, limited access to CEX ads, 3 currencies of your choice, the core trend charts (price, liquidity, and spread), the last 7 days of history, and standard support.
- Pro ($119 per month or $1,190 per year): everything in Basic, plus all supported currencies, all analytics charts, up to 1 year of history, OTC market ads, CSV export up to 1 year, early access to new features, and priority support.
- Enterprise (custom pricing): everything in Pro, plus full history, full-depth CSV export, API and bulk data export, custom market reports, and dedicated support.
You can compare every feature side by side on the pricing page.
Is there a free version of P2P Price?
There is no free plan. Paid plans start with Basic at $39 per month or $390 per year. New subscribers are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first subscription, so you can try it and request a full refund within 14 days if it is not right for you. See the refund policy for details.
How do the Basic plan's 3 currencies work, and can I change them?
On the Basic plan you choose 3 currencies to follow. Your choice stays fixed until your plan renews. At renewal you can pick a different set of 3. You can switch which of your 3 currencies opens first on your dashboard at any time. If you need more than 3, the Pro plan includes all supported currencies.
How do I subscribe?
On the pricing page, choose Basic or Pro (monthly or yearly) and click Subscribe. Sign in or create a member account, verify your email, and pay securely by card. Your subscription is active immediately after payment. For a custom Enterprise plan, see the next question.
How do I get an Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is a custom plan for organizations, so it is priced by request rather than listed. It includes everything in Pro, plus full history, full-depth CSV export, API and bulk data export, custom market reports, and dedicated support. To discuss your needs and get a quote, use the contact option on the pricing page or the contact page.
What happens when my subscription ends or I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal, and you keep access to your paid features until the end of the current paid period. After that, access to paid features ends. Except for the 14-day money-back guarantee on a first subscription, there are no partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. You can subscribe again later if you want to come back.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. If you are a new subscriber, you can request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first subscription purchase. This applies only to the first billing of your first subscription. It does not cover automatic renewals, later billing periods, repeat subscriptions after a previous cancellation or refund, or plan changes after your first purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] within the 14 days from your account email address, and include your account email and the date of purchase. We aim to reply within 2 business days. The full policy is on the refund policy page.
What is P2P Price?
P2P Price is a data platform for USDT P2P prices, fiat exchange rates, and market liquidity. It helps users see a clearer reference rate for USDT against supported local currencies.
Is P2P Price a crypto exchange?
No. P2P Price is not an exchange, broker, wallet, or trading platform. It does not hold funds, match buyers and sellers, or execute trades.
What problem does P2P Price solve?
P2P markets can be fragmented across different platforms and OTC sources. P2P Price helps users compare prices, liquidity, spreads, and market activity in one place.
Who is P2P Price for?
P2P Price is built for P2P traders, OTC desks, market watchers, and teams that need clearer USDT price and fiat rate data. It is useful for users who follow local stablecoin markets closely.
What is a P2P price?
A P2P price is the price shown in peer-to-peer markets where users buy or sell USDT directly with local fiat currency. The price can change often because it depends on supply, demand, payment methods, and market liquidity.
What is a USDT reference rate?
A USDT reference rate is a clear market rate that helps users understand the current price of USDT against a fiat currency. P2P Price calculates this rate from available market data and filtering rules.
Which fiat currencies does P2P Price support?
P2P Price focuses on Gulf and Arab fiat currencies. The active list can change over time, but the platform is designed for markets such as SAR, AED, KWD, EGP, and other supported local currencies.
Which data sources does P2P Price track?
P2P Price tracks USDT P2P market data from supported centralized exchanges (CEXs). The source list can grow over time, so the platform is built to compare active sources as they are added. Members may also see OTC data for some supported currencies.
How often is the data updated?
Public rate data is refreshed regularly, and member dashboard data is designed for frequent updates. Exact timing can depend on the market, data source availability, and system status.
Why can P2P prices be different from one platform to another?
P2P prices can differ because each platform has different sellers, buyers, payment methods, limits, and liquidity. A strong market usually has more active offers and smaller price gaps.
What can members see inside P2P Price?
Members get a live dashboard with USDT prices, liquidity, spreads, and platform breakdowns, plus trend charts and historical data. Higher plans add more currencies, more analytics charts, a longer history window, OTC market ads, and CSV export. What is included depends on your plan, and you can compare the plans on the pricing page.
Can I compare prices across different CEXs?
Yes. Members can compare supported CEXs and see how prices, liquidity, spreads, and market depth differ across active sources.
Does P2P Price show historical data?
Yes, and how much history you see depends on your plan. Basic includes the last 7 days and the core trend charts (price, liquidity, and spread). Pro includes up to 1 year of history and all analytics charts. Enterprise includes full history. You can see what each plan includes on the pricing page.
Can I export data from P2P Price?
CSV export is included on Pro (up to 1 year of data) and on Enterprise (full history). The Basic plan does not include export. API access and bulk data export are available on Enterprise. Exported data is for your own internal use and may not be resold or redistributed. Full terms are on the Terms of Use page.
Does P2P Price support alerts?
Alerts are not available at this time. You can follow the market yourself through the live dashboard and the trend charts. If we add alerts in the future, we will announce it.
How does P2P Price calculate its reference rate?
P2P Price collects market data, filters weak or low-quality offers, and derives a reference price from qualified ads. The goal is to reduce noise and show a more useful market rate.
What is liquidity in P2P Price?
Liquidity means the amount of USDT available in the market. Higher liquidity can make a rate more useful because it is supported by more visible market depth.
What is the buy and sell spread?
The spread is the difference between the buy price and the sell price. A smaller spread usually means the market is more active and efficient.
What does weak market mean?
A weak market means there may not be enough reliable data or active offers for a strong price signal. In this case, users should be more careful when reading the rate.
Are P2P Price rates guaranteed?
No. P2P Price provides market data for information only. Rates may be delayed, incomplete, or different from the price available on a third-party platform at the time you check.
